Kinetic Engineering Limited has taken a major step forward in modern manufacturing with the launch of its new Robotic Chassis Line, designed to support production of the upcoming Kinetic DX EV. The upgraded facility features robotic welding cells, automated clamping fixtures, and a dedicated scooter framing zone—all aimed at improving accuracy, consistency, and safety.

The company has also modernized several supporting areas, including its paint shop, body panel systems, and digitized parts storage, to strengthen overall production efficiency.

Vice Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Ajinkya Firodia commented that automation is transforming the future of manufacturing, and the new setup will significantly reduce human error while enhancing throughput and worker safety.

Modern Features of the New FacilityRobotic welding and automation: High-precision welds deliver consistent quality and better structural strength.

Clamping auto fixtures and scooter framing cell: These systems increase assembly accuracy and speed.

Upgraded body panel line: Hydraulic and mechanical presses with enhanced automation improve the durability and fit of metal panels used in the Kinetic DX EV.

Advanced paint shop: A seven-tank process, combined with CED and metallic top coating, ensures long-lasting protection and a high-end finish.

Digitized parts store: Components are individually gauged, stocked for sub-assemblies, and issued through kit-based systems to streamline inventory and supply.

These upgrades mark a significant leap for Kinetic Engineering in achieving world-class production standards and operational reliability.
