CARA can speak and understand 52 Indian and global languages, switching seamlessly mid-conversation. It’s not limited to simple commands; it controls essential functions like climate control, seat ventilation, music, and navigation, while also monitoring key systems such as tyre pressure and door locks.

Safety integration runs deep — CARA can trigger voice-based SOS alerts, send crash notifications, and connect drivers to emergency support. It is, quite literally, a co-driver that listens, assists, and protects.

Technology, Safety, and Convenience

The new Aircross X is packed with thoughtful technology that makes everyday driving easier and safer. Its HALO 360° camera with satellite view ensures clear visibility around the vehicle, particularly useful in tight parking spots. The Proxi-Sense keyless entry system allows touch-free unlocking, and push-button start makes operation seamless.

LED projector fog lamps and an automatic inside rear-view mirror enhance nighttime visibility. Features like cruise control and a speed limiter make long-distance driving more relaxed, while the rear passengers benefit from roof-mounted AC vents that ensure even cooling through the cabin.

Safety is comprehensive — six airbags, ESP, hill-hold assist, ABS with EBD, and a high-strength body structure form part of a suite that includes over forty active and passive safety features.

Ride and Comfort: The Signature “Flying Carpet” Experience

Citroën’s legendary Advanced Comfort Suspension remains one of its biggest strengths. Tuned specifically for Indian roads, it delivers that signature “flying carpet” effect — gliding over speed bumps, potholes, and rough tarmac with ease. Engines, Transmissions, and Variants

The Aircross X comes with three powertrain configurations that cater to a wide range of needs. The lineup begins with the PureTech 82 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine paired with a manual gearbox, followed by the more powerful PureTech 110 Turbo 1.2-litre petrol unit available with both manual and automatic transmissions.

Pricing starts at ₹8.29 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base YOU variant, moving to ₹11.37 lakh for the PLUS variant with the turbo engine and manual transmission. The range-topping MAX variant, available only with the turbo automatic setup, is priced at ₹13.49 lakh.

Citroën will also offer a CNG kit as a dealer-fitment option, expanding its appeal among value-conscious buyers seeking better running economy.
