Kia India has reinforced its commitment to customer satisfaction by introducing two major updates to its Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program—expanding warranty coverage for both Kia vehicles and multi-brand cars sold through its CPO network.

To boost customer trust and ownership confidence, the company has extended the certification age limit for Kia pre-owned models from 5 years to 7 years, backed by a warranty of up to 24 months or 40,000 km, whichever comes earlier.

In a move aimed at offering greater flexibility and affordability, Kia India has also rolled out a new warranty program for multi-brand pre-owned vehicles, providing coverage of up to 12 months or 15,000 km, whichever comes earlier. This marks one of the most comprehensive multi-brand certified programs in the industry, giving buyers the freedom to choose from a wider range of cars while maintaining Kia’s high certification standards.

Every pre-owned car under the Kia Certified Pre-Owned program undergoes a rigorous 175-point inspection to ensure quality, reliability, and transparency. Only vehicles that meet Kia’s strict evaluation criteria are certified and sold through its nationwide CPO network.

Kia India currently operates one of the fastest-growing Certified Pre-Owned networks in the country, with 114 outlets across India. The company aims to further strengthen the organized pre-owned market through improved warranty coverage, enhanced quality checks, and dependable after-sales support.
