BharatBenz has strengthened its presence in West Bengal with the inauguration of a new authorised dealership, Agile Trucking, in Uluberia, Howrah. The facility is strategically located on NH-16 and is designed to provide faster sales, service and spares support to commercial vehicle customers across one of eastern India’s key logistics corridors.

NEW 16-BAY FACILITY IN HOWRAH

The new BharatBenz dealership is a 100,000 sq. ft. 3S facility covering sales, service and spares. It features 12 service bays and four accident repair bays, along with three Mobile Reach Vans for on-road assistance.

Supported by 50 trained personnel, the facility can service more than 500 vehicles every month. It will operate from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM to provide extended customer support.

STRATEGIC LOCATION ON NH-16

Located on NH-16, the dealership provides connectivity to major industrial and transportation hubs across Howrah, East Medinipur and West Medinipur. It will support customers operating in areas including Ranihati, Dhulagarh, Sankrail, Bagnan, Kolaghat, Haldia and Kharagpur.

The location is expected to improve service accessibility for fleet operators involved in FMCG, courier, logistics, captive use and regional freight movement.

AGILE TRUCKING EXPANDS ITS NETWORK

Agile Trucking joined the BharatBenz network in July 2022 and is part of the CKA Birla Group’s Integrated Mining & Manufacturing Solutions. With the new Howrah facility, Agile Trucking now has four strategically located touchpoints across South Bengal, alongside its Bardhaman, Haldia and Raniganj facilities.

BharatBenz now has 14 touchpoints across West Bengal, strengthening its sales, service and spares network in the state.
