Spinny is expanding its role across India’s automotive ownership ecosystem through partnerships with Nissan India, JSW MG Motor India and Tesla, covering new cars, used cars, internal-combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and electric vehicles (EVs). The collaborations are designed to simplify buying, selling, exchanging and upgrading vehicles while helping customers unlock greater value from their existing cars.

One of the key customer benefits comes through Spinny’s partnership with Nissan India, which enables a 55-minute vehicle exchange programme with benefits of up to ₹75,000. Customers purchasing a new Nissan can have their existing vehicle evaluated and exchanged at a competitive value. A Spinny-issued Buying Letter is also accepted as proof of exchange, helping streamline the process.

For customers moving from an ICE vehicle to an electric car, Spinny is also a preferred exchange partner under Tesla’s Switch and Save programme. The initiative allows customers to sell their existing ICE vehicle while transitioning to a new Tesla, including the Model Y Rear-Wheel Drive.

The partnership with JSW MG Motor India focuses on strengthening the pre-owned EV ecosystem. It covers the MG Comet EV, MG Windsor EV and MG ZS EV, with certified pre-owned vehicles receiving battery health assessment and certification, OEM warranty continuity and transparent fixed pricing. Buyers can also access Spinny’s 5-Day Money Back Guarantee, flexible financing and online and offline purchasing options.

For EV sellers, specialised evaluation and battery health certification are intended to bring greater transparency to vehicle valuation and resale. The initiative currently covers EV owners in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Chandigarh and Coimbatore.

Spinny says its broader pre-owned vehicle process includes a 200-point inspection, Integrated Restoration Centres and up to a three-year warranty. The company operates across 80+ cities with 57+ Car Hubs, 17 Spinny Parks and 15+ Integrated Restoration Centres, supporting its used-car evaluation, refurbishment and retail operations.

Together, the partnerships reflect a shift towards a more connected automotive ecosystem, where customers can discover, buy, sell, exchange and upgrade vehicles through a more integrated ownership journey.
