Daimler India Commercial Vehicles has inaugurated a new 4-bay 3S BharatBenz dealership in Supaul, strengthening sales, service and spare-parts support across Bihar’s strategically important Koshi belt.

Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) has expanded its commercial vehicle network in Bihar with the inauguration of a new authorised BharatBenz dealership, Devkrishna Trucking, in Supaul. The facility is designed to provide integrated sales, service and spare-parts support to transporters, fleet owners and commercial vehicle operators across the Koshi region. 

Located on the Supaul–Kishanpur–Bhaptiyahi Road (NH-327A), the new dealership benefits from connectivity to important transportation routes, including NH-327A and the NH-27 East-West Corridor through Araria. It will serve customers across Supaul, Saharsa, Madhepura and Araria, while improving BharatBenz’s reach across the wider North Bihar market. 

40,000-Sq-Ft BharatBenz 3S Facility

The Devkrishna Trucking outlet is a 4-bay 3S (Sales, Service and Spares) facility spread across approximately 40,000 sq. ft. According to DICV, the facility has an annual service capacity of approximately 1,800 vehicles.

A dedicated workshop and trained technical team are expected to help customers receive faster service while reducing vehicle downtime. The dealership will also provide access to genuine BharatBenz spare parts and a dedicated sales team catering to fleet operators and commercial vehicle businesses. 

Rajiv Chaturvedi, President & Chief Business Officer, DICV, said the Supaul dealership will improve accessibility, service speed and vehicle uptime for commercial vehicle customers in North Bihar. Devkrishna Trucking CEO Abhimanyu Kumar Singh highlighted the facility’s focus on convenient sales, service and genuine spare-parts support. 

Two BharatBenz Touchpoints in the Region

With the Supaul facility, Devkrishna Trucking now operates two BharatBenz touchpoints in the region: the new 3S dealership in Supaul and an existing 2S dealership in Araria. Together, they strengthen coverage across Supaul, Saharsa, Madhepura and Araria. 

BharatBenz also offers BharatBenz Certified and exchange programmes, allowing customers to exchange BharatBenz or other commercial vehicle brands for new BharatBenz trucks. The company has partnered with 20+ banks and NBFCs for financing solutions. 

DICV says BharatBenz currently has more than 420 dealer and service touchpoints across India and has delivered over 220,000 trucks and buses since the brand’s commercial launch in 2012.
