One of the top mass-premium automakers in the nation, Kia India, has declared that it will give its clients the entire advantage of the most recent Goods and Services Tax (GST) cut. With effect from September 22, 2025, the change will apply to the company’s whole internal combustion engine (ICE) lineup.

Gwanggu Lee, Managing Director and CEO of Kia India, praised the government’s decision, calling the reform a “progressive and timely step” that will lower the cost of car ownership while fostering the expansion of the automotive sector.

“We are pleased to provide our customers with the full advantage of the GST rate reductions, guaranteeing increased affordability and accessibility,” Lee stated. He went on to say that the move will improve consumer sentiment, streamline taxes, and probably spur robust demand during the approaching holiday season.

With benefits ranging from ₹48,513 on the Carens to as much as ₹4.48 lakh on the Carnival, the business has released a model-by-model breakdown of the price reductions. There will also be notable price reductions for other well-liked models, including the Sonet, Syros, and Seltos.


According to industry watchers, this action will not only entice more customers but also strengthen Kia India’s reputation as a customer-focused brand during a period of anticipated growth in demand.
