Kia India, one of the country’s leading mass-premium automakers, recorded impressive sales in the first half of 2025, dispatching 142,139 units, marking a 12.7% growth compared to 126,137 units sold in the same period last year.

The newly launched Kia Carens Clavis has received an exceptional response from customers looking for superior comfort, spacious interiors, and best-in-class safety features.

Kia’s ‘Made-in-India’ models continue to perform strongly in global markets, with 11,813 vehicles exported in H1 2025. This performance reaffirms the brand’s robust product lineup and growing market demand.

Commenting on the company’s steady progress, Mr. Joonsu Cho, Chief Sales Officer, Kia India, said :- The first half of 2025 has been encouraging for Kia India. Despite industry-wide operational challenges, the response to our recently launched products like the Carens Clavis has been excellent. With our first Made-in-India EV launching this month, we are further diversifying our product portfolio and reinforcing our long-term commitment to evolving customer preferences in India. We are confident this launch will strengthen our presence in the country’s rapidly transforming mobility landscape.
