Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) announced that it sold 42,892 vehicles in October 2025, driven by festive season demand and strong customer response. Out of the total, 40,257 units were sold in the domestic market, while 2,635 units were exported to international markets.

Compared to the same month last year, Toyota recorded a 39% year-on-year growth, as sales in October 2024 stood at 30,845 units. The company also achieved a 38% month-on-month growth, up from 31,091 units in September 2025. This consistent rise highlights strong customer confidence and improved market sentiment during the festive period.

Speaking on the performance, Varinder Wadhwa, Vice President of Sales, Service and Used Car Business at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said that the company’s growth reflects seamless operational synergy and its focus on customer satisfaction. He added that the festive editions of the Urban Cruiser Hyryder Aero Edition and the 2025 Fortuner Leader Edition have received an excellent response for their premium styling and value. These new models are now available for booking and delivery at authorized Toyota dealerships across India. He also mentioned that the collaboration with Drum Tao has helped increase customer excitement and engagement at showrooms and events.

The company credited the positive festive atmosphere and the government’s progressive GST reforms for boosting market confidence. As a result, TKM witnessed a sharp rise in customer enquiries and bookings throughout October, which significantly contributed to its overall sales performance.
