 BYD India, the subsidiary of the world’s No. 1 New Energy Vehicle (NEV) manufacturer BYD, has introduced an exclusive customer engagement initiative titled OneBYD Infinite Connections.

The program offers existing and new BYD owners in India a rare opportunity to visit China’s first NEV-dedicated all-terrain circuit in Zhengzhou and experience the company’s advanced electric technologies at their global innovation hub.

The initiative aims to celebrate BYD’s rapidly growing customer base in India by inviting them to share personal ownership stories under the theme “Drive the Future.” Selected participants will win an all-expenses paid trip to China, where they will explore BYD’s cutting-edge facilities and test-drive electric vehicles at the brand’s state-of-the-art BYD Track.

The BYD Track, one of the centerpieces of the visit, features eight unique experience zones designed to demonstrate the performance, precision and safety of BYD’s electric vehicles. These include an Indoor Sand Dune, Low-Friction Ring, Kick Plate, Wading Pool, Dynamic Paddock, Race Track, Off Road Park and a Camping Area. Each zone highlights advanced braking, handling and acceleration capabilities, reinforcing BYD’s focus on real world drivability and engineering excellence.

Open to all current BYD India customers and new buyers who purchase a vehicle before 31 January 2026 the contest invites participants to submit photos, videos or written stories capturing their ownership experience. Entries will be evaluated on creativity, originality, engagement and alignment with BYD’s values. Submissions are open from 12 December 2025 to 31 January 2026, with the winners scheduled to be announced in February 2026. Selected customers will travel to China in March 2026.

Rajeev Chauhan, Head of Electric Passenger Vehicles Business at BYD India, said the initiative reflects the company’s deep commitment to customer engagement.
“Our customers have always been central to BYD’s journey in India. Their trust, feedback and enthusiasm shape how we grow in the electric mobility space,” he said.
He added that the program is designed not only to strengthen loyalty but also to offer customers a first-hand look at BYD’s technological vision and global innovation ecosystem.
