JSW MG Motor India has officially unveiled the MG Majestor, marking its entry into the premium D+ segment SUV space in India. Positioned as the brand’s new flagship model, the Majestor brings segment-first triple differential locks, advanced 4WD technology, and Level 2 ADAS, making it one of the most capable and feature-rich SUVs in its category.

Pre-bookings for the MG Majestor have opened at ₹41,000, while official prices will be announced closer to its launch in April 2026. Showroom displays and test drives are scheduled to begin in April, with deliveries expected from May 2026 onwards.

LARGEST AND BOLDEST IN ITS CLASS

Built on a 2,950 mm wheelbase, the MG Majestor measures 5,046 mm in length, 2,016 mm in width, and 1,870 mm in height. According to the company, it is the longest, widest, and tallest SUV in its segment. Design highlights include a large front grille, split LED headlamps with DRLs, connected LED tail lamps, a muscular bonnet, and 19 inch alloy wheels, giving it a strong road presence.

SEGMENT FIRST OFF ROAD TECHNOLOGY AND PERFORMANCE

The Majestor stands out with front, rear, and centre differential locks, paired with an advanced 4WD system featuring 10 off-road modes and Crawl Control. Power comes from a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine delivering 215.5 PS and 478.5 Nm, mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Buyers can choose between 2WD and 4WD variants.

With 219 mm ground clearance and 810 mm water-wading capacity, the SUV is designed for both urban comfort and extreme terrain.

PREMIUM INTERIRO AND SAFETY FEATURES

Inside, the Majestor offers a black-themed leather cabin with ventilated and massage enabled front seats, three-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, and 64 colour ambient lighting. The dashboard houses dual 12.3 inch displays and supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Safety is led by Level 2 ADAS, along with a 360 degree camera, ESP, ABS, EBD, traction control, and roll movement intervention.

VARIANTS, COLOURS, AND OWNERSHIP PACKAGE

The MG Majestor will be offered in Sharp and Savvy trims, with 6- and 7 seater layouts. Colour options include Pearl White, Concrete Grey, Metal Black, and Metal Ash. Under MG’s 5 5 5 program, buyers get a 5 year unlimited kilometre warranty, roadside assistance, and labour free services.
