Revolt Motors has expanded its electric motorcycle lineup with the launch of the new Revolt RVX in India. Priced at an introductory ₹1,29,990 (ex-showroom), the RVX slots between the RV400 BRZ and the standard RV400 while bringing improved performance, a longer riding range, and several new technology features.

INTRODUCTORY PRICING
The Revolt RVX carries an introductory ex-showroom price of ₹1,29,990, making it only marginally more expensive than the RV400 BRZ and significantly more affordable than the standard RV400. This pricing strategy positions the RVX as a value-focused option for buyers looking for enhanced performance without stretching their budget.
IMPROVED PERFORMANCE

The biggest upgrade comes in the performance department. Revolt has equipped the RVX with a reworked electric motor and chain drive setup that enables the motorcycle to accelerate from 0-40 kmph in a claimed 3.9 seconds. The new Boost riding mode also increases the top speed to 90 kmph, making it 5 kmph faster than the RV400. The claimed IDC-certified riding range has also been increased to 160 km, offering an additional 10 km over its sibling.
NEW FEATURES AND CONNECTIVITY

The RVX receives a new 3.5-inch colour LCD instrument console with keyless ignition, replacing the simpler display found on the RV400. Riders also get connected features such as call and SMS alerts, music controls, over-the-air (OTA) software updates, geo-fencing and smartphone connectivity. Additional convenience comes in the form of hill-hold assist, while the motorcycle is available in Pearl Black, Electric Blue and Eclipse Red colour options.
FAMILIAR DESIGN AND HARDWARE

Despite the mechanical and technological upgrades, the RVX retains the familiar styling of the RV400. It continues to feature the same oval LED headlamp, muscular bodywork and sharp tail section. The motorcycle also carries over the 3.24 kWh battery pack, inverted front forks, rear monoshock suspension and disc brakes at both ends with Combined Braking System (CBS). Besides the new Boost mode, riders can choose from Sport, City and Eco riding modes, along with a reverse mode for easier manoeuvring.
POSITIONED AS A STRONGER VALUE PROPOSITION

With faster acceleration, an improved top speed, extended range and a richer feature list, the Revolt RVX strengthens the brand’s electric motorcycle portfolio. By combining practical upgrades with competitive pricing, Revolt aims to attract riders looking for an affordable electric motorcycle that delivers both everyday usability and enhanced performance.
