Range Rover has unveiled the all-new GT, an all-electric grand tourer that marks a major shift for the luxury brand. Unlike traditional Range Rover SUVs, the GT features a lower, coupe-inspired design and is built on the new dedicated EMA electric platform. Designed for long-distance comfort and refinement, it combines premium luxury with advanced EV technology.

NEW DESIGN AND PLATFORM

The Range Rover GT is longer than the standard Range Rover and sits lower than a Porsche Macan, giving it a sleek grand touring stance. It is the first Range Rover based on the dedicated EMA electric architecture, allowing for a spacious cabin, improved packaging and a front storage compartment (frunk).

LUXURY CABIN

Inside, the GT follows Range Rover’s minimalist design philosophy with a large central OLED touchscreen, a compact digital driver display and premium textile finishes. The cabin also promises class-leading rear legroom, a panoramic glass roof and reduced cabin noise for a more relaxing driving experience.

PERFORMANCE AND TECHNOLOGY

While Range Rover has not revealed complete technical specifications, the GT will launch as a fully electric model with a large battery pack designed for long-distance travel. A hybrid version is also planned for a later stage. The model will feature advanced software integration, intelligent driver assistance systems and the latest connected technologies.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The Range Rover GT will be built at the company’s Halewood facility and is positioned as the brand’s most technologically advanced model yet. By combining luxury, quiet electric performance and grand touring comfort, it represents a fresh direction for the iconic Range Rover lineup.
