Ducati has revealed the Superleggera V4 Centenario, a limited edition superbike that marks the brand’s 100th anniversary and showcases its most advanced engineering to date. Produced in just 500 numbered units, the motorcycle represents the pinnacle of Ducati’s performance philosophy, combining cutting edge technology with extreme lightweight construction.

Designed as the ultimate road legal superbike, the Superleggera V4 Centenario pushes the boundaries of performance with a unique blend of MotoGP derived engineering, advanced materials, and handcrafted precision.

LIMITED EDITION SUPERBIKE WITH EXTREME ENGINEERING

The Superleggera V4 Centenario is built around a full carbon fiber chassis, including the frame, swingarm, and bodywork, making it one of the lightest production motorcycles ever created. It has a wet weight of just 381 lb, which drops to 368 lb when equipped with the standard racing kit.

At its heart lies the new Desmosedici Stradale R 1100 engine, delivering 228 horsepower in road legal form and up to 247 horsepower in track configuration. This results in an exceptional power to weight ratio, setting new benchmarks in the superbike segment.

FIRST ROAD BIKE WITH CARBON CERAMIC BRAKES

Ducati has introduced a world first braking system on the Superleggera V4 Centenario, featuring carbon ceramic discs approved for road use. Developed with Brembo, this system offers reduced weight, improved thermal stability, and enhanced braking performance under extreme conditions.

The motorcycle also debuts a pressurized Öhlins carbon fork with carbon fiber sleeves, further improving handling precision and reducing overall weight.

MOTOGP DNA WITH ADVANCED AERODYNAMICS

Inspired by Ducati’s MotoGP program, the Superleggera V4 Centenario features advanced aerodynamic elements such as winglets and corner sidepods. These components generate additional downforce, improving grip and stability during high speed cornering.

The design is complemented by the exclusive Rosso Centenario livery, created to celebrate Ducati’s centenary milestone and inspired by the brand’s racing heritage.
