Škoda Auto India has strengthened its customer-first strategy with the inauguration of its first-ever Express Care facility in India. Located at Kun Motor Enterprises in Chennai’s Perungudi area, the new facility is designed to provide faster, more efficient, and seamless vehicle servicing while enhancing the overall ownership experience for Škoda customers.

The launch forms part of the company’s broader Škoda Super Care Programme, which focuses on delivering greater convenience, transparency, and peace of mind throughout the ownership journey. The newly inaugurated facility spans an impressive 27,900 square feet and features 16 dedicated service bays equipped to handle periodic maintenance and aftersales requirements efficiently.

According to Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Škoda Auto India, the company has prioritized building stronger customer relationships in 2026 through product innovation, customer-centric initiatives, and expanded service infrastructure. The introduction of Škoda Express Care further reinforces this commitment by reducing service turnaround times while maintaining the brand’s high-quality standards.

The Express Care facility introduces several advanced service features, including dedicated service infrastructure, advance job card preparation, parts pre-kitting, certified technicians operating through a parallel workflow model, and real-time service tracking through WMS 2.0 technology. These initiatives are designed to improve operational efficiency and deliver a hassle-free servicing experience for customers.

Tamil Nadu remains a strategically important market for Škoda Auto India. The automaker currently operates 31 customer touchpoints across 14 cities in the state, including Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Trichy, and Vellore. Nationwide, Škoda has significantly expanded its network from over 120 touchpoints in 2021 to more than 335 customer touchpoints across 185 cities.

The launch also highlights the growing partnership between Škoda Auto India and Kun Motor Enterprises, one of the brand’s key dealer partners in South India. Both organizations aim to set new benchmarks in customer service through skilled manpower, efficient processes, and world-class aftersales support.
