Marking the 100th anniversary of its iconic Trident logo, Maserati has unveiled a significantly updated range of its most important models – the GranTurismo, GranCabrio and Grecale. The refreshed lineup introduces more powerful V6 Nettuno engines, enhanced electric Folgore technology, revised styling and upgraded interiors, reinforcing Maserati’s position in the global luxury automotive segment.

Developed and produced in Italy, the new range reflects Maserati’s vision of combining Italian craftsmanship, performance, innovation and sustainability while staying true to its grand touring heritage.

NEW MASERATI GRANTURISMO: THE ULTIMATE ITALIAN GRAND TOURER GETS EVEN BETTER

The 2026 Maserati GranTurismo receives one of the most comprehensive updates since the model’s return. Designed to offer the perfect blend of long-distance comfort and sports car performance, the latest GranTurismo now features a redesigned front fascia inspired by the MCXtrema, GT2 Stradale and MCPURA.

The flagship GranTurismo Trofeo is powered by an upgraded 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged Nettuno V6 engine producing 582 bhp, an increase of 40 bhp over the previous model. The engine incorporates Formula 1-derived pre-chamber combustion technology, delivering stronger performance while maintaining efficiency and refinement.

Buyers can choose between three variants:

  • GranTurismo V6 – 483 bhp
  • GranTurismo Trofeo – 582 bhp
  • GranTurismo Folgore EV – 751 bhp

The Folgore version remains one of the most advanced electric grand tourers on sale today. Featuring an 800-volt architecture, three electric motors and a 92.5-kWh battery pack, the GranTurismo Folgore produces 751 bhp and now offers improved driving range thanks to new energy management software.

Inside, Maserati has introduced a redesigned steering wheel, upgraded digital interfaces, a new digital clock, premium metal controls and an advanced driver-monitoring system capable of detecting distraction and fatigue. Combined with standard all-wheel drive and adaptive air suspension, the GranTurismo continues to deliver luxury and performance in equal measure.

NEW MASERATI GRANCABRIO: OPEN-AIR LUXURY WITH SUPERCAR PERFORMANCE

The new GranCabrio carries over the GranTurismo’s grand touring DNA while offering an unmatched open-top driving experience. Maserati has refined the convertible’s design, aerodynamics and interior quality while introducing more powerful engines and expanded customization possibilities.

Like its coupe sibling, the GranCabrio Trofeo now develops 582 bhp from the Nettuno V6 engine, delivering thrilling performance accompanied by Maserati’s signature exhaust note.

The model range includes:

  • GranCabrio V6 – 483 bhp
  • GranCabrio Trofeo – 582 bhp
  • GranCabrio Folgore EV – 751 bhp

One of the standout features remains the fabric soft-top roof, which allows drivers to enjoy true open-air motoring without compromising comfort. The Airscarf system, available on higher trims, provides warm airflow around passengers’ necks, making roof-down driving enjoyable even during colder weather.

Maserati has also expanded its Fuoriserie customization program, allowing customers to personalize exterior finishes, interior materials and even the soft-top roof configuration. New exterior paint options, bespoke badges and premium leather combinations further elevate exclusivity.

The all-electric GranCabrio Folgore is particularly noteworthy, becoming one of the fastest electric convertibles in the world. With 751 bhp and advanced torque-vectoring technology, it combines supercar performance with zero-emission mobility.

NEW MASERATI GRECALE: LUXURY SUV GAINS NEW V6 POWER AND IMPROVED EFFICIENCY

The updated Grecale strengthens Maserati’s presence in the luxury SUV segment with sharper styling, improved technology and the introduction of a new V6 powertrain.

The biggest news is the arrival of the new 385 bhp Grecale V6, which uses a version of Maserati’s Nettuno engine. Compared with the previous four-cylinder mild-hybrid setup, the new V6 offers significantly stronger low-end torque, smoother power delivery and a more engaging driving experience.

The Grecale range now includes:

  • Grecale V6 – 385 bhp
  • Grecale Modena V6
  • Grecale Trofeo
  • Grecale Folgore EV

Visually, the SUV adopts Maserati’s latest design language with a more pronounced shark-nose front fascia, redesigned grille, new air curtains and fresh wheel designs. The updated styling gives the Grecale a wider and more aggressive appearance while improving aerodynamic efficiency.

Inside, the SUV receives an upgraded steering wheel, redesigned PRND selector, improved digital interfaces and premium materials including leather, wood and carbon fibre. Maserati’s Intelligent Assistant infotainment system and award-winning Sonus faber sound system continue to enhance the luxury experience.

The electric Grecale Folgore also benefits from aerodynamic improvements, new energy-management algorithms and an Air Grille Shutter system. These updates increase driving range by up to 33 miles depending on wheel specifications, making the electric SUV more practical than ever before.

MASERATI’S NEXT CHAPTER BEGINS

With the launch of the new GranTurismo, GranCabrio and Grecale, Maserati enters its second century with a stronger focus on luxury, performance and electrification. The updated models showcase the brand’s commitment to innovation while preserving the unique Italian character that has defined Maserati for more than a century.

Whether it is the grand touring excellence of the GranTurismo, the open-air elegance of the GranCabrio or the everyday versatility of the Grecale, Maserati’s latest range demonstrates how the Trident brand continues to evolve while remaining true to its heritage.
