Apple has increased the prices of several iPhone models in India following its latest iPhone launch, making some of the company’s most popular smartphones significantly more expensive. The revised pricing affects the iPhone 16, iPhone 17, iPhone 17e and iPhone Air, with price increases ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 on the variants highlighted by The Times of India. 

The iPhone 16 128GB has gone up from its launch price of ₹79,900 to ₹89,900, representing a ₹10,000 increase. The newer iPhone 17 256GB has seen an even larger revision, rising from ₹82,900 to ₹99,900, a ₹17,000 hike. Its 512GB variant is now listed at ₹1,24,900, according to the revised pricing shown by Apple in India. 

The iPhone 17e has also become considerably more expensive. Its 256GB version has increased from ₹64,900 to ₹79,900, while the 512GB variant now costs ₹1,04,900. Apple originally launched the iPhone 17e with 256GB storage at ₹64,900 in India. 

The biggest increase highlighted in the revised lineup is for the iPhone Air. Its 256GB variant has moved from ₹1,19,900 to ₹1,49,900, marking a ₹30,000 increase. The 512GB and 1TB variants are shown at ₹1,74,900 and ₹2,24,900, respectively, in the updated pricing graphic. 

The price revisions come at a time when Apple is reshaping its iPhone lineup in India following its latest product announcements. For consumers who expected older iPhones to become cheaper after a new-generation launch, the price increases could make purchasing decisions considerably more difficult.
